Essay Writing / Written Ability test
Over the years, GD is gradually getting shunned by the IIMs. In the existing 13 IIMs, only IIM Calcutta has the GD process.
The other IIMs have the
- Essay Writing or
- Written Ability test and
- Personal Interview rounds
as In a GD, it is not possible to give individual focus to a candidate’s thought process as it often gets over powered by some other candidate.
